Store lyophilised peptides at -20°C upon arrival. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for short transit periods, but should be refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible after delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. Please arrange redelivery promptly to avoid extended time in transit conditions.
