Damaged Goods

Research peptides and chemicals require strict handling, storage, and chain-of-custody controls to maintain their integrity. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored or handled correctly, and therefore cannot guarantee its quality for resale.
For these reasons, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any other reason not covered by our damaged goods policy below.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing checkout, including product selection, quantities, and variant sizes.
While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive goods that are damaged in transit or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with broken vials, compromised seals, or visible damage to the packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Incorrect Items
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.
Missing Items
If your order is incomplete or items are missing from the shipment, contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate with the courier and dispatch any missing items promptly.
